As sad as it is for MJ’s family, I think the worst thing that can happen is for his death to overwhelm the media - and yet, of course that’s what will happen. Because first of all, his family members have already expressed that they wish to mourn in peace, without being hounded. And second of all, it’s the people in Iran who need the media attention, who are risking their lives to be heard. But what’s going to be shown on CNN 24/7 today? Michael.
